We chose Rinat as a symbol of a strong woman that wanted to do good. She was the same age as the 2 founders of Medium Well (Shelly CEO and Nir CTO), with children about the ages of the Shelly's. In the first days Hila was missing Shelly followed her story and hoped that she and her husband will be found alive. Our major drive while working to develop our startup solution is to do good for the world, to change the food industry so that it will be possible to eat nutritional food without harming animals or the environment. As a woman founder, Shelly feels that this is her obligation for the future of her children. Now, both Shelly and her partner Nir, feel that they have 2 more children they want to personally promise they will have a better future. Tomer and Nir, Hila's children, you lost your dear beautiful parents and your brothers but we will dedicate our startup to make sure you will not loose hope.
